Critical Reflection

 1. Module Learning Firstly, this module has taught me the importance of having proper written and oral skills such as report writing and presentation skills. At the start of the module, I aim to understand and write different types of reports and letter writing which I finally can achieve. The module has shown many different types of reports and letter writing which will be beneficial for my future. This skill will allow and help me in my working life too. Other than that, my communication skills have improved as I am not afraid to ask questions when in doubt and the group projects has allowed me to speak up and interact with one another despite most of the lessons held online.
